This tirth is as old as 2500 years. In the times of King Gandharvasen, the idol of Mulnayak Bhagawan Parshvanath was installed. At the time of renovation in the sixteenth century, an ancient idol of Bhagawan Shantinath was installed. He is the Mulnayak still. In the temple, there are ancient cellars, too. Since the history of this place is old and glorious, there is a possibility of getting various ancient artistic remains. The idol of Mulnayak here is miraculous. There is a seat of Manibhadravir in the upashraya in front of the temple. Many miracles happen there. A flag is raised every year on the sixth day of the bright half of the month of Vaishakh.

Other Temples

There is also a temple of Kesariyaji here.

Works of art and Sculpture

God's idol here is parikarayukta. It is really matchless and extraordinary. The temple is six feet below the surface level of the ground. Nobody knows where and how the rain-water flows away. God's idol is very beautiful and serene.
