Shri Anantnath Bhagwan
Bhagwan Anantnath was born in Ayodhya to King Simhasena and Queen Suyasha of the Ikshvaku dynasty. His name, meaning “Lord of Infinity,” reflects the boundless wisdom and spiritual radiance he embodied. His symbol is the falcon (Śvetāmbara) or porcupine (Digambara), representing sharp vision, resilience, and divine focus. After ruling with justice and detachment, he renounced worldly life and attained Kevalgyan under the Ashwath (Peepal) tree following three years of intense meditation. His teachings emphasized non-violence, self-restraint, and freedom from karmic bondage, guiding thousands toward liberation.
Bhagwan Anantnath attained moksha at Sammed Shikharji, along with 7,000 saints, becoming a Siddha, eternally free from the cycle of birth and death.
